"Services") provided by Sum & Sam Professional Service Limited (“SSPRO
Academy”, "the Academy," "we," "us," or
"our"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, through the LearnWorlds
platform.
By accessing, purchasing, or using our Services, you
("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound
by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access
or use our Services.
本使用條款（「條款」）規範您透過 LearnWorlds 平台，深與傑專業服務有限公司（「SSPRO學院」、「本學院」、「我們」或「我方」）所提供的線上課程、內容及相關服務（合稱「服務」）。
當您存取、購買或使用我們的服務，即表示您（「學員」、「您」或「您的」）同意受本條款及我們的隱私權政策約束。如果您不同意，則不得存取或使用我們的服務。
By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. The materials provided are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
透過存取服務，您同意受本條款、所有適用法律法規的約束，並同意您有責任遵守任何適用的當地法律。所提供的材料受適用的版權和知識產權法保護。

Permission: Upon enrolment and full payment of fees, the Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

b. Restrictions: You agree NOT to: 使用限制: 您同意不得：
i. Copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any course content. 複製、重製、重新分發、修改、據以創作衍生作品，或公開展示任何課程內容。
ii. Share your login credentials or allow any third party to access the Services. 分享您的登入憑證或允許任何第三方存取服務。
iii. Record, download, screenshot, or otherwise capture any video, audio, or downloadable material provided, except where explicitly permitted. 錄製、下載、截圖或以其他方式捕捉所提供的任何影片、音頻或可下載材料，除非明確允許。
iv. Use the content for any commercial purpose, to train others, or as part of your own business service offerings. 將內容用於任何商業目的、用於培訓他人，或作為您自身業務服務的一部分。
c. Ownership: All course materials, including videos, text, designs, and methodologies, remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy. This license does not transfer title. 所有權: 所有課程材料，包括影片、文字、設計和方法論，均為本學院獨家的知識產權。本許可並不轉讓所有權。
The Services and all materials are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. The Academy, to the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. The Academy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials or Services.
服務及所有材料均按「現狀」及「可用」基礎提供。在適用香港法律所允許的最大範圍內，本學院否認所有明示或暗示的保證，包括對適銷性、特定用途適用性或不侵犯知識產權的暗示保證。本學院不保證或陳述有關材料或服務使用的準確性、可能結果或可靠性。
In no event shall the Academy, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, or consequential damages) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, even if the Academy or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to cease using them.
在任何情況下，本學院、其董事或關聯公司均不對因使用或無法使用服務而產生的任何損害（包括但不限於數據或利潤損失、業務中斷所造成的損害，或後果性損害）承擔責任，即使本學院或授權代表已被告知口頭或書面此類損害的可能性。您對服務不滿的唯一補救措施是停止使用。
The materials appearing in the Services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Academy does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. The Academy may make changes to the materials at any time without notice but does not make any commitment to update the materials.

The Academy has not reviewed all of the sites potentially linked to from the Services (e.g., in recommended resources) and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Academy. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Any claim relating to the Academy's Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for the resolution of any dispute.
任何與本學院服務相關的申索，均應受香港特別行政區法律管轄並據其解釋，不考慮其法律衝突規定。您不可撤銷地服從香港法院的專屬管轄權，以解決任何爭議。
You agree to pay all fees for the Services as described at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by Hong Kong law or as explicitly stated in a separate, specific refund policy provided by the Academy at the time of purchase.
您同意按照購買時說明的價格支付服務的所有費用。所有費用一經支付概不退還，除非香港法律要求或本學院在購買時於單獨、具體的退款政策中明確規定。
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

The Academy reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify your access to the Services or your account, at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Such termination may be effected without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
本學院保留暫停、終止或修改您對服務或帳戶的存取權限之權利，此權利可由本學院自行酌情決定，且原因不限，包括但不限於違反本條款。此類終止可不經事先通知而實施。終止後，您使用服務的權利將立即停止。本條款中依其性質應在終止後繼續有效的條款，包括但不限於所有權條款、免責聲明、賠償及責任限制，將繼續有效。
We reserve the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
